If your organisation is looking to implement BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (occupational health and safety management systems), we provide the services you need.

Unlike many of our competitors, we offer a range of services. We are not just software system providers!

Our web-based system OHSMS can function in one of 3 ways

• As an Intranet application running on your server
• As an Internet application running via your server, or a hosted arrangement
• Running on the ohsms.co.uk website on a hosted basis

OHSMS also contains useful tools which can be used independently to provide:

• gap analysis
• internal auditing

In addition, or as a stand-alone feature, we offer a full consultancy service to support you through the process of building your BS OHSAS 18001:2007 documentation. We can help to identify existing H&S documentation which can be utilised in the formation of your H&S procedures and controls. This can be done as part of a free-standing gap analysis exercise, or it can form part of our overall service plan for your organisation.

This service is completely flexible. If you prefer to build a paper-based system, we can support you through the process using our system's analysis tools to create a 'do list'. We can quickly conduct a 'gap analysis' as a starting point for the creation of your occupational health and safety management system.

Our web-based system can be used effectively to provide a multi-user approach to H&S management, and should you wish to go down this route we can provide any support that you require.

If your organisation has the expertise to implement and run our web-based application, you simply need to purchase the application outright, or register with us on a monthly hosting basis.

Costs vary depending on the number of users and the amount of support (if any) required.
